Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems

Problem analysis
Identify, formulate, review research literature, and analyze complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences, and engineering sciences.

Design/development of solutions
Design solutions for complex engineering problems and design system components or processes that meet the specified needs with appropriate consideration for the public health and safety, and the cultural, societal, and environmental considerations.

PEO1 – Professional Competence Graduates will apply strong fundamentals of Electrical Engineering along with modern tools and practical skills to analyze, design, and implement solutions for industrial, societal, and technological challenges.

PEO2 – Industry Readiness and Employability Graduates will demonstrate technical competency, professional ethics, teamwork, and communication skills to succeed in industries such as electric vehicles (EVs), power systems, manufacturing, automation, renewable energy, and allied sectors.

PEO3 – Innovation, Research, and Entrepreneurship Graduates will engage in innovation, research, higher education, and entrepreneurial activities in emerging areas including EV technology, smart grids, intelligent electrical systems, automation, and sustainable energy solutions.

PSO1 – Electrical Systems and Industrial Applications Apply the principles of electrical engineering, power systems, electrical machines, power electronics, and control systems to analyze, design, and maintain electrical and industrial systems effectively using modern engineering tools and practices.

PSO2 – Emerging Technologies and Sustainable Solutions Develop and implement innovative solutions in emerging areas such as Electric Vehicles (EVs), renewable energy systems, smart grids, automation, intelligent control, and energy-efficient technologies to address industrial and societal needs sustainably.
